Is there something wrong, with being the alternative?
not conforming cause it's boring,
and the music is so thin,
all i see is pretty faces and repetitive drum beats,
tell me do they have some talent?
can they make me leave my seat?

They're all victims to fashion and society,
wearing clothes that make them look awful,
but keeps them above you and me,
cause unless they shop at harveys', fraisers' or miss salbridge,
then i guess that they're all losers, just like you me and finch.
Who cares how my brain works, but they hate the way i look,
to me it feels normal, but to them it's against the book,
so many ways to be different and speak aloud,
but to be a sheep is easy and no hassle from the crowd

I like being different, i would hate to be the same,
all the people that to follow, well to me that seems quite lame,
cause there is no price on individuality,
you can't buy that from some outlet, to the alternative it is free,
when school ends you'll all be lonely, and thats no lie,
thats were the tyranny ends, maybe thats your cue to cry,
i know you feel sorry for me, but maybe i feel sorry for you,
having no identity and really having no clue.
